1 head of cauliflower, preferably organic
- Chop cauliflower using a cheese grater or food processor, to a semi fine consistency.
- Lightly steam until desired consistency is reached. Do not over-steam.
- Flavor with salt, pepper, organic butter, and/or liquid aminos.
Serves 3-4 as a side dish.
